Parties and Events at the Y
Looking for a great birthday party experience? We offer a variety of options for ages 3 to 17! We want to make your child’s party an event to remember. All party packages include a reserved party room for presents, food, and games. Each party is limited to 18 kids, with additional requirements for pool parties. Parents will be required to provide adequate supervision.
The YMCA is available for party reservations on Weekends ONLY between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. We can only host two parties each weekend day, so reserve early to guarantee availability. Reservations must be received 10 days in advance. NOTE: because of high demand, we recommend reserving your date 1-3 months in advance to guarantee availability.
A 50% non-refundable deposit and $25 cleaning fee are required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will be set to draft on the day of the party.
Package pricing includes the use of a party room. You may add more time in the party room at an additional cost. Your party is limited to the spaces outlined in your party agreement.
Birthday Party Options
Family Play Center: Ages 3-9
Ages: 3-9
Duration: 1 hour in the Family Play Center, followed by 1 Hour in the Party Room
Cost: $130 for Family Members, $170 for Youth Members, and $200 for Non-Members
This party includes our Family Play Center, which features an indoor play structure with colorful tunnels, a slide, and abundant toys. Along with the use of the FPC, you have access to a reserved room for party food, decorations, and presents. This option has a maximum of 18 children. You can add an hour of swimming for an additional $75.
Bounce House Party
Ages: 3+
Duration: 1 hour in half the Gymnasium (including Bounce House), followed by 1 Hour in the Party Room
Cost: $155 for Family Members, $185 for Junior Members, and $230 for Non-Members.
This party includes the use of half of our college-size gymnasium, use of our full-sized party bounce house, and a room for party food and presents.
Nerf Blast Party
Ages: 7+
Duration: 1 hour in half of the Gymnasium, followed by 1 Hour in the Party Room
Cost: $155 for Family Members, $185 for Junior Members, and $230 for Non-Members.
This party includes the use of half of our college-size gymnasium, use of our Nerf blasters, games facilitated by a Nerf Pro, safety equipment, obstacles, and a room for party food and presents.
Pool Party
Have fun in our small pool for an hour, followed by an hour to enjoy the party room for food, presents, and games.
At the Y, water safety is a priority! Pool Parties will follow our guidelines based on age:
- 3-6 yrs old: Must follow a child-to-adult ratio of 3:1. 18 children maximum, with 6 parents/guardians required to be in the water.
- 7+ yrs old: 18 children limit
Duration: 1-hour pool + 1-hour party room (please note that the hour of swimming must be 1:00 - 2:00 p.m.)
Cost: $130 for those with a Family Membership, $170 for those with a Youth Membership only, $200 for non-members

Court Sports
Ages: 9-17
Duration: 2 hours

Pavilion Party
The YMCA’s Pavilion is located at the side of the facility, with nine picnic tables underneath and a field that can be used for recreation or games. Please limit the number of participants to 75. Cost $55 for Members, $80 for Non-Members.
Party Room
Ages: 3-17
Cost: $55 an hour for Family Members, $65 an hour for Youth and Junior Members, and $85 an hour for Non-Members.
This pricing is only for those just interested in renting a party room. This only includes the use of the room, with no additional facility use. You may bring food, decorations, and games with prior approval.
