Healthy Aging Day at the YMCA of Ithaca & Tompkins County

On February 12th, the YMCA of Ithaca & Tompkins County welcomed community members for Healthy Aging Day — a celebration focused on helping older adults live active, independent, and fulfilling lives. To continue to support healthy aging, we’d like to share these community resources with you.

YMCA To Provide Red Cross Lifeguard Training Courses

The YMCA of Ithaca and Tompkins County is planning two upcoming lifeguard training courses, which will provide professional certifications for those looking to hold lifeguard positions at local pools. These two-day courses will take place at the YMCA from 8 am to 6 pm February 18 and 19 and April 8 and 9, providing water and land training and instruction
