YMCA Youth Programs are designed to awaken creativity and build on in-school learning, while engaging your child in new activities. Through kid-friendly art projects, science classes, cooking, and more, your child will discover their inner spark of imagination, learn to believe in themselves, and dream big.

STEAMPowered: Explorations in Science!
A supervised class designed to offer children hands-on experiences with core concepts of STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math). This class will awaken the inner scientist in your child! Each week, you child will engage with a new engineering challenge, science experiment, art project, or all three.
Little Picassos: Creativity through Art!
Calling all young artists! Ages 6-12 will explore different mediums and art techniques to create artistic masterpieces. This class allows creativity to shine and brings out the artist in everyone. No prior art experience is necessary! Children are invited to get messy, make mistakes, and find their creative voice in this art class.
Kids in the Kitchen: Cooking up Excitement!
A supervised cooking class for kids that will help them learn the basics of cooking while helping develop cognitive and wellness skills needed for life. Activities include making a food or snack item that they can eat or take home. Each week, young ches will add a new recipe to their cookbooks.
Y Kids Club: Friendship for All!
An inclusion-based supervised play group for children living with developmental disabilities and their peers to meet, socialize, and develop together at the YMCA.
Kids Club for ages 6 to 12, focusing on developing creativity, fitness, and cognitive skills while offering parents respite time each weekend
