All employees receive a complimentary individual YMCA membership (can be applied towards a household membership), receive 50% off program registrations, and can contribute to a 403B Tax-Deferred Savings Plan through the YMCA Retirement Fund. Employees who complete 1000 hours of service in two consecutive 12 month periods will be vested in the YMCA Retirement Plan at 12% (5% employee contribution, 7% employer contribution).
