We offer a range variety of classes for our members. Descriptions of each class are listed below. If you are looking for class times please view our group fitness schedule.
Gentle yoga - AOA
(60 min) A style of practice that focuses on stretching and breathing. No huge feats of strength or extreme flexibility required. You may do standing postures, forward bends, and back strengthening exercises in addition to seated stretches.
SIMPLY STRETCH - AOA
(30 min) Start your day off right! This class is offered in the mornings to get you moving! This class focuses on stretching and range of motion. This class does work on a mat and may incorporate foam blocks and stretching straps.
VINYASA YOGA FLOW

(60 min) Yoga classes use breathing techniques to help you get into different yoga poses. Our yoga class offers various yoga styles, such as Hatha and Vinyasa. These are great options for all skill levels.
FAMILY YOGA - NEW CLASS!!
(45 min) This class is for ages 8 and up. A playful yoga class for all levels. All children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult. This class is the first Sunday of every month.
(60 min) Cardio dance class to popular music with styles from around the world. Bollywood, Latin, Jazz, and Hip Hop! Dance to music that you can sing to. All levels of fitness welcome!
(60 min) Do you like to dance? This class focuses on various choreographed dances set to specific music. It is very easy to learn and lots of fun! Come get your dance on, forgetting you are actually getting in your work out!
(60 min) Burn calories by burning up the dance floor. Zumba uses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout.
zumba gold - aoa
A modified low impact cardio workout that lets you move to the beat of your own speed. It's an invigorating, community-oriented dance fitness class that feels fresh, and, most of all exhilarating!
Cardio Kickboxing - NEW CLASS!!
(45 min) A cardio workout that will help you improve endurance and coordination. Integrate punches, kicks, and shuffles combos into this class. All levels are welcome.
(45 min) Calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval training. The Y instructors offer a variety of styles of boot camps. Most are designated in a way that pushes the participants harder than they would push themselves.
building strengh - aoa
(45 min) This class is for those just starting out on their fitness journey and active older adults. This class focuses on strength, balance, and flexibility.
(55 min) Do you like step cardio? Do you want to add strength training to your step? This class offers both! You will alternate between cardio step and strength training.
(60 min) Combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. It is the perfect way to sculpt your body naturally while having a total blast.
FITNESS 101 - Class on hold
(45 Min) The class starts with a warm up and then goes right into 15 minutes of cardio, 15 minutes of strength, 10 minutes of core and cool down. This class is great for beginners or those who are coming back to fitness after an extended break. All levels welcome.
YOGA HIIT - NEW CLASS!!
(60 min) A class that combines high intensity interval training with yoga in-between the activities to help lengthen and strengthen the body.

(30 min) This class is a great ender or starter for your workout routine. Target your abs, back, and glute muscles!
(55 min) Improve your core muscle strength through mat exercises while focusing on form and technique. Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength, and develops control and endurance in the entire body.
(55 min) A pilates core class using the stability ball. This class is challenging, playful, and fun! Learning to improve your core strength through a variety of exercises on and off the ball. This class is considered an intermediate-advanced class.
