Parties and events at the Y
Are you looking for a family friendly space to hold your party or event? Have you thought about hosting it at the Y? We offer functional spaces for parties, meetings, or events. Please see the descriptions below to find the option that works best for your function.
bounce and play: ages 2-12
A unique party offered in our gymnasium with an awesome bounce house. While some of the kids are jumping in the house, the rest of the party will be engaged in other entertaining activities in the gym. Afterwards the party will move to another room for food and presents. Please limit the number of children to 20. Cost: $180 for Family Members, $195 for Youth Members, and $225 for Non-Members.
Stay & play: ages 3-9
This party includes our popular Stay & Play (staff supervised), which features colorful tunnels, a slide, and an abundance of toys. Along with the Stay & Play room you have access to a generous sized room for party food, decorations, and presents. Please limit the amount of children to 20. Cost: $75 for Family Members, $95 for Youth Members, and $135 for Non-Members. You can add an hour of swimming for an additional $50
Have fun in our pool for an hour and enjoy a room for party food, presents, and games for another hour. Ages 7 and up, 20 children limit. Ages 6 and under 16 children limit with 8 adults in the water required. Cost: $75 for Family Members, $95 for Youth Members, and $135 for Non-Members.
This party includes the use of half of our college size gymnasium, use of our activity room, racquetball courts for open play and games, and a room for party food and presents. Please limit the number of children to 20. This party is only offered on Saturdays. Cost: $100 for Family Members, $120 for Junior Members, and $160 for Non-Members.
This more flexible party option is open to hold birthday parties, anniversaries, or showers. You can schedule up to 4 hours in the Wellness Center or the Borg Warner Nutrition Center. This party option can accommodate up to 80 people, and provides tables, chairs, refrigerator/freezer, and microwave. Feel free to bring decorations, toys, and games for kids (pending approval). Cost: $40 an hour for Family Members, $60 an hour for Youth and Junior Members, and $80 an hour for Non-Members.
The YMCA's pavilion is located on the north side of the facility, in a very big yard for relaxation and games. Charcoal grill, picnic tables, and electricity is available upon request. You can add an hour of swimming for additional charge of $50. Please limit the number of participants to 75. Cost $50 for Members, $75 for Non-Members
meetings and events
The YMCA recognizes the need for various groups to meet in cooperation and kinship in order to share ideas and discuss similar interests. In the spirit of serving our community and social responsibility, the Y offers the option of reserving a space in the Wellness Center or Borg Warner Nutrition Center for meeting purposes, pending approval of topic and conduciveness to YMCA values. Repetitive reservations are available as well. Support groups may meet at no charge. Non-Profit Groups $40 an hour. For-Profit Groups $65 per hour.
gymnasium for groups and teams
This option was designed for groups who need a space to hold team building exercises, group games, tournaments, or practices. This reservation gives you half of the gymnasium. Approval is required for this option. Cost: $135 an hour for half the gymnasium while the facility is open. There is an option for 'lock ins' and overnight reservations.
