This
class will resume as the 2009 Tri-for-the-Y approaches.This program is designed for the person who likes to participate in
triathlons, but might need to improve their time on one or
more of the individual sports.
The course will include:
- Goal setting / how to organize your workouts
- Going the distance - endurance
- How to pace yourself
- Transitions from swim to bike, bike to run
- Putting two sports together (brick workouts)
- Quality vs. quantity (injury prevention)
