Group cycling is a popular form of cardiovascular exercise that will keep you entertained for the duration of the ride.  This is an instructor lead class.  The class is instructed with great music and takes you through a variety of terrains.  The instructor teaches proper technique on the flats, rolling hills, and hill climbing.  The best part is that YOU are in control of your ride.  Please come in comfortable clothing or biking shorts.  Biking shoes or stiff sneakers are recommended.  You will sweat, so bring water and a towel!

This is a fee based program for members only:

Registered riders: $5.00 per session (5 classes) reserves you a seat in the class that you are registered for.  You may register at the front desk.  The registration deadline is one day prior to the start of the session.  See the calendar for session dates.  Registrations are non-transferable and apply to the specific class that you register for.  Check in with the instructor at the beginning of the class.

Walk-in Riders: $2.00 per class.  Sign in at the front desk.  Pay $2.00 and receive a ride ticket for that class.  Seat availability is determined by how many individuals have pre-registered for the class by the deadline date.  Walk ins can pay and pick up their ticket one half hour prior to the class start time.

Walk in riders must pick up a ticket at the front desk prior to the class start time.
