Included with your membership is the
opportunity to meet with our fitness instructors. You may make up
to three
appointments (2 initial visits plus a review) so that you
can start a fitness card, find your proper seat settings, establish
starting weights, be advised on proper workout techniques and start
your workout program out right! Schedule your orientations at the
front desk.
Please complete a health screening form before or at the beginning
of your orientation. If you choose not to meet with an instructor,
you may sign a waiver that will excuse you from the orientation
process. These forms can be obtained at the front desk. Youth and
Junior members must receive an orientation before using the fitness
equipment at the YMCA.
